Rusty Mailbox started during the COVID-19 Pandemic in 2020 as a sticker shop on Etsy run out of my studio apartment in Boston, MA. Today, Rusty Mailbox specializes in niche t-shirts and other apparel that features repurposed and custom designs inspired by your favorite bands and other media. Rusty Mailbox is a one-man operation, I design and ship all of the orders myself.
Q: I bought this a week ago, where is my shirt?
A: Unless otherwise specified, all drops are pre-orders and will not ship until they are printed. Orders usually take 4-6 weeks AFTER their respective pre-order ends to print and ship to your front door. Please make sure that all of your information is correct to prevent your package being returned to sender.
Q: What shirts do you print on?
A: All shirts are screen printed on either Los Angeles Apparel 1801 & 1807 garment-dyed blanks.
Q: How do I reach out about commissions for my band/brand?

Q: USPS lost my package/ someone stole my package/ I don't like this what do I do??
Once I drop your package off at the USPS, your shirt is no longer my responsibility. I've been there and it blows, but I do not do leftovers often, so there is a slim chance that I can replace a stolen or lost item.
There are no returns or exchanges and all sales are final, with the exception of a size exchange before a pre-order closes.
